Village Green Club Estates has been referred to as Sarasota’s hidden gem. Homes were built 1968 through the 1970’s. A beautifully maintained golf course community, it consists of single family, Florida ranch style homes, more than half with golf course views.

      The land that became Village Green was dedicated to citrus orchards. In the early days, Bee Ridge Road was woodland Builders brought construction supplies in through Pinecrest, off Lockwood Ridge Rd.

      While some residents have lived here more than thirty years, all the well-maintained homes have seen several families come and go.

      Age range of residents varies from toddler through senior citizen.

      Village Green Club Estates is a deed restricted community with a homeowners association.
